Born of the family’s passion for food, the table d’hôte both compliments and completes the experience of la Queyssie.
In all seasons, you can taste the fresh market produce in the Perigold cooking style. The cuisine is not limited to stews, and such the like, but takes on a more original, inventive and refined flavour. Plates such as ‘garbure’ and ‘canneles’ are often served, however ‘creme brule au fois gras’ is also frequently presented at this table.
We ask that you make your dinner reservations 24 hours in advance.
Unfortunately we do not offer the table d’hôte on Sunday or Monday.
Upon request, we can arrange a Sunday Brunch for your Sunday morning meal.
